tPBM intervention case : 27-year-old young man with autism

Main diagnosis : Autism, intellectual disability, OCD, epilepsy Chief Complaints : Impulsive behaviour, difficulty in self-control, aggression, etc Baseline measurements : Significant increase in 5, 6 Hz Theta Interventions - Medication addition : Concerta added to existing medication (valproic acid, risperidone)

-PBM added: 13 Hz global stimulation every 2 weeks

- Addition of tDCS: prefrontal left (+) right (-)

- Duration of intervention: 6 months Follow up measurements : decreased theta, increased 13 Hz Behavioural changes : calmer, less impulsive and aggressive behaviour. Increased verbal communication.

Fig. 1A G1 (Baseline) G2(6 month follow up) comparisonm, in the log scale absolute power, clearly shows decrease of slow wave and incerease of PBM frequency(13Hz) globally which is entrainment effect of tPBM

Fig. 1B G1 (Baseline) G2(6 month follow up) comparison, in the relative power, also clearly shows decrease of slow wave and incerease of PBM frequency(13Hz) globally which is entrainment effect of tPBM
